Red stem plants are some of the most sought after plants in the aquarium trade. They bring beauty and sheer colour to what is normally a green underwater world. The colour allows such stunning contrast from other plants, it really stands out.

Growing up to 40cm it is best suited to the midground. Plant in groups of 3 for maximum effect.

Conditions:

    •    Preferred water temperature is 22-28 ºC
    •    Ideal water chemistry is pH 6-8.4.
    •    Prefers a medium to high light environment.
    •    Suitable in both CO2 and non CO2 tanks.
    •    Midground plant.
