Dual pressure gauges show both working pressure and CO2 cylinder pressure in bar and psi. Features an adjustment knob for accurate CO2 dosing. In addition it also contains a free non return valve.

Suitable for all UK refillable CO2 bottles with DIN 477 Connection. Ideal for use on CO2 bottles such as fire extinguishers.

everything ok except too short tube/arm connecting to the popular 2kg co2 fire extinguisher. You have to tilt the regulator to connect it.

I have been using this regulator for about two weeks now and am pleased with its performance so far. adjusting the flow rate is easy and accurate and the quality of this regulator compared to other regulators I use is better.

just received this and fitted it onto a 2kg fire extinguisher . i was initially going to go with a cheaper reg but im glad i didnt . this is a solidly built bit of kit . so far im impressed .

This is a really good quality product and with the built-in solenoid it is good value for money. I fitted this to a 3.2kg CO2 bottle, the only problem I encountered was that the solenoid housing clashes with the bottle. This can be remedied by releasing the clip on the top of the solenoid, rotating it through 90 degrees and replacing the clip.

An excellent product. My first time using pressurised CO2 and after becoming irritated at the poor value of small cylinders (Fluval 20g, 3 pack, total of 60g costing £14.99 in shops), I decided to use a fire extinguisher from a local fire safety supplier (2kg, £40). I was concerned about a reliable valve as fire extinguishers carry a lot of pressure. From my experience, this product is built solidly, with very clear instructions and easy to read dials. The solenoid valve works perfectly and my setup is flourishing. I would genuinely recommend using this as part of a CO2 setup. The flow rate is so easy to adjust. I used it with the TMC bubble counter and a diffuser, also available from Aquaessentials. 100% positive review from me. :D

does the solenoid turn ? i only ask because it looks as if the solenoid is going to be awfully close to the fire extinguisher . does this regulator just screw onto any fire extinguisher with no issues of the solenoid hitting the extinguisher , and preventing proper sealing/tightening of the nut ?

Of course it turns on! It fits on any DIN 477 connection inc. fire extinguishers. Google this for more info

is the head nut able to be changed to a longer one for this reg...my pub co2 bottle has a plastic guard round the top and the 477 connection doesnt look long enough to reach it...thanks

A bubble counter is recommended. If you are experienced then you can get away with not using one. Don't forget your drop checker and bromo blue.
