Description

Neutro T is a liquid aquarium plant fertiliser which provides all the necessary trace elements including iron for your low tech planted aquarium. Low tech means aquariums which are not using pressurised CO2.  The ingredients in Neutro T are special. They work quickly and effectively when dosed as recommended. Your plants will show the benefits of this product and reward you in no time.

Dosage: This product needs to be dosed daily so that your plants have a steady stream of nutrients. There's little point in dumping a weeks worth of fertilisers in one go. Simply add 5ml per 100L every day. It doesn't matter what time of the day you dose, as long as it's every 24 hours.

If you are using CO2, then you need to dose Neutro+ which contains trace elements and macro nutrients (it's an all in one solution). So Neutro T for low tech planted aquariums and Neutro+ for high tech planted aquariums.

However regardless of what type of planted aquarium you have, we recommend using Neutro CO2 which is a liquid carbon supplement (see related products for more information).

Bottle sizes: Small = 500ml,  Medium = 1000ml,  Large = 2000ml

Shake the bottle well before use.

I have been using this product for over 12 months and found it very good. Plants thrive very well on it.

Great product, add this to your co2 and watch your plants take off,a little expensive but when you see your plants grow instead of dying it's worth it.

Hi I am still a novice but am approaching my Lido 120 tank (standard issue T5 lights) has been running about a year now. I dose daily with Easy Carbo in conjunction with Profito or more recently TMC complete fert plus Flourish Iron. I have a wide variety of 'easy' plants that thrive and the tank is now densely planted (some quick growers such as ludwigia repens and rotala colorata). No algae problems to date. Two filters and overstocked, mainly tetras, but tank includes amano shrimps too. Substrate is TMC's aqua grow. Will Neutro T replace the profito or TMC or is the 'plus' version the equivalent of these products? Will I need to add any other ferts (am happy to add Flourish Iron but am not keen on anything else)? I was looking to buy a large Co2 and large Neutro and just want to make sure I buy the right products and won't need anything else! Kind regards Paul

Yes Neutro T will replace either of the other brands. Neutro+ is only for CO2 infused tanks.

Neutro T has everything you need if you have a planted aquarium which doesn't use pressurised CO2. For best results use with Neutro CO2.

Does it need to be kept in dark as some that I placed in a glass container has the salts precipitated out of solutionjQuery111108835017185135443_1501940411831? Mark

All fertilisers are best in the dark - really depends on how long you've had them for

Hi, how does this and neutro co2 work with carbon in my filter? Should I remove the carbon or can it work with it? (Apologies if it’s a stupid question!)

Staff

Always remove filter carbon as it removes everything from the water including fertilisers

I bought this item and the liquid carbon, but now I have been given. A Pressurised CO2 system, rather then waste this product, can it be used with the pressure system ?

Staff

yes always use liquid carbon with pressurised - much more effective

Do you dose this differently based on plant mass or is this purely on water volume regardless of plant mass?

Staff

Plant mass
