The Stainless Steel non return valve handled correctly will last a life time (unlike plastic versions). It's well made and sturdy.

Essential with any CO2 system to protect regulators etc.

Not suitable for use with air pumps so only use with pressurised CO2 systems.

I’ve used plastic non return valves before. I wanted to up grade as this one is protecting my co2 system. Hopefully it will last forever. It turned up when it was supposed to. Well packaged. I would prefer that the flow direction was engraved into the metal, stickers could be put on the wrong way. No brainier to fit a one way valve to protect equipment.

Richard, will these be suitable for higher working pressure such as when using a UP inline Atomizer at 2.5 bar? or are they likely to pop off as they have no lock down for the tubing? Cheers Clive

They're designed for high pressure anyway so should be fine with UP diffusers :)
