great product - much better than using water, gloopey liquid makes counting the bubbles so much easier

I had always used water but for some reason as the water evaporated up the hose I would always end up with a reduction in pressure resulting in a huge drop off in the number of bubbles being released. It was so bad that I would have to reset the regulator needle valve on a daily basis just to keep the correct amount of CO2 flowing. Since switching to this bubble counter 2 weeks ago I have had no evaporation and haven't had to adjust the needle valve once. Excellent stuff.

There is no evaporation with this fluid - so no maintenance! Perfect :)

It can as long as your non return valve is right below it to avoid liquid going where it shouldn't
