Originating from North America the Lobelia cardinalis wavy is a NEW plant into the hobby making its first appear in March 2016. This means it's very special.

A striking mid-ground plant reaching heights of up to 20cm. When submerged the leaves are light green and smaller than when emersed. A really happy plant will produce a white, pink or red flower. The leaves are as you can imagine, slightly wavy which is where the name comes from.

Plant in the midground area of your tank along with some dark green plants like Anubias for a really striking effect.

A beautiful little plant, ideally suited for the foreground of the tank. They look good, close together in small groups, particularly around rocks. As ever from Aqua Essentials, these plants came very well protected and in excellent condition.

It arrived in great condition. Almost 3 weeks now and the plant has started growing new leaves.

These really are lovely plants. I have several mainly at the front of the tank, and they all appear to be thriving well. They are a nice compact size with good colouration in the leaves.
