With an aquascape in mind, we've put together a superb mixture of 36 high quality potted plants that has been chosen by the Aqua Essentials Plant Manager suitable for a Discus Set Up where plants need to withstand warmer water conditions. This is a surprise box of plants and each week it will vary depending on what plants we have in stock.

The great thing about this mixed box is that it will cover anyone who's considering setting up a planted aquarium and are looking for an economical start up but still with high quality plants. You may not be sure which plants to choose so leave it to us and we will do all the hard work for you.

  • 36 high quality potted plants
  • A selection of foreground, midground and background plants.
  • A combination of either all potted plants from the greenhouse OR a mix of potted plants and tissue cultured plants (which allows for the very best selection, range and colours)
  • Suitable for aquariums up to 150L.

Once you receive these plants we know you'll be absolutely delighted with the choice and quality. Aqua Essentials has an amazing reputation for quality and we always live up to it. Once you receive your mixed box, it's entirely up to you as to how you plant them in your aquarium. Take the stress out of choosing plants and unleash your creative potential.

We strongly recommend when purchasing live plants you opt for Express Delivery to ensure your plants arrive quickly and safely.

They were in good condition, followed all the steps fertilising etc but now they are all dying! Probably my fault!

Very pleased with this purchase plants were well packed and presented and although more expensive that most sites well worth it, they came complete with plant food which i have never had before.

Ask a question about this product
Hi there, I have Seachem Onyx sand as my substrate. Would you recommend adding anything else to that for these plants to thrive in my discus set up? Thanks

Not heard of anyone using that substrate for years so can't even remember what's in it. Is yours brand new? Normally they just have iron in them so they need more. Try terratabs here https://www.aquaessentials.co.uk/neutro-terratabs-50-pieces-p-7783.html
