Cabomba aquatica is one of the most well known aquatic plants as it's been around since the hobby began. A great oxygenator, it does need a lot of light in order to flourish. But once it does, it sways beautifully in the current. Trim this plant regularly otherwise it becomes bare at the bottom. The least demanding of the Cabomba-species, but still causes problems in poorly lit aquariums. If there is not sufficient light, try Limnophila sessiliflora, which requires less light.

Cabomba does not have roots.

A typical bunch contains 4-5 stems.

I bought this plant along with some other ones and they are all growing away very nicely. The quality of the plants is 2nd to none and I have no qualms about recommending this company to anyone.

The plants I received were OK some stems were very short or broken, have put them together to form one bunch. As on my other review be aware of possible hitchhikers as I found a planaria the next day that was either from this or bogwood with anubias.
