Description
Alternanthera reineckii purple is a fine-looking bushy, stem plant with beautiful purple leaves - grown in the green houses of Aqua Essentials, this is a top quality plant that is literally growing until it goes into the plant bag. So these are SUPER FRESH and as a result extremely healthy and have the highest chance of success in your aquarium.
Originates from South America, it needs plenty of light to grow and form these beautiful leaves. Like most dark coloured plants, it will flourish even more with the added injection of CO2.
Looks best planted in groups. This plant has compact growth as it has been grown under high light conditions. In lower lights, it ges more leggy so you'll need to trim it more often.
