Riccia fluitans is a wonderful plant that normally floats. However you can anchor it down or tie it to rocks.
This can be a marvelous foreground plant if you have CO2 in your aquarium.
Needs bright light to do well and for pearling you will definitely need CO2 infusion. Apart from that, it's not tricky or fussy.
Conditions:
- Preferred water temperature is 22-30ºC.
- Ideal water chemistry is pH 6-8.4.
- Can be kept in a low to high light environment.
- Suitable in CO2 tanks.
- Foreground plant.
This plant arrives with us in a pot but as it grows it breaks free from the pot because it's too big. Therefore you will receive a portion of riccia.
We strongly recommend when purchasing live plants you opt for Express Delivery, Recorded Delivery or First Class post. If you opt for 2nd Class post and your plants arrive in an unsatisfactory condition we can not be responsible for this and can not issue replacements or refunds.
