Hygrophila Pinnatifida is a relatively newcomer to the planted aquarium market making it a rather exciting and unusual. Originating from India, this plants looks almost burgundy in colour (and darker side underneath the leaves).

We recommend that you place in the back ground of your aquarium for maximum effect. Ideally attach it to wood or rock.

Conditions:

  • Preferred water temperature is 20-28° C
  • Ideal water chemistry is pH 5.5-8
  • Can be kept in a low to high light environment.
  • Suitable in both CO2 and non CO2 tanks.
  • Back ground plant.

A handsome plant at an excellent price!

AE Design Aqua Nourish for providing all the essential trace elements for healthy plant growth, Aqua Essentials Scissors for maintaining your plants and keeping them in supreme shape and condition and Colombo Flora Base which is a complete substrate perfect for healthy aquarium plants.

We strongly recommend when purchasing live plants you opt for Express Delivery, Recorded Delivery or First Class post. If you opt for 2nd Class post and your plants arrive in an unsatisfactory condition we can not be responsible for this and can not issue replacements or refunds.

Lovely well rooted little plantlets, around five in each pot, all now indiviually planted and making a good midground grouping in my tank.
