Aqua Points

Aqua Points are reward points. Every time you make a transaction through the site, your account will be credited with Aqua Points. These points turn into credits and means you get free vouchers to spend with us. For example, every £1 you spend, we credit your account with 1 Aqua Points. After you collect 500 points, your account is then credited with £10.

You can choose to redeem all of this, part of this or alternatively, you can continue collecting. If you collect 1000 points (without redeeming at 500), you would receive £20 and if you collected 2000 points (without redeeming at 500, 1000 or 1500) you would receive £40.

Aqua Points are added to your account once we have updated the site and dispatched your goods. To find out how many Aqua Points you have received, log into the site, and click on your Account.

Please note if you purchase on this site as a Guest (i.e. you haven't registered), you cannot accrue points as these can only be assigned to Account customers only. Points are not transferable. If for example you purchase as a Guest, then afterward register as as account customer it is not possible to transfer Aqua Points.
